BELOKOPITSKY / BELOKOPYTSKY - SHATEVICH - MATUZONOK - LESOCOVICH - MICHALCHONOK / MIHALSKY

Looking for ancestors/descendants of Nicholai (Nicholas) BELOKOPITSKY (spelling is Anglicized), born either May 17 or 31, 1886 in Borki, Russia (now known as Belarus). Nicholas' parents were Mary BELOKOPITSKY (spelling is Anglicized) and
?. Nicholas' stepfather was Luke SHIBKA. Nicholas lived in Borki and in Minsk, but immigrated to the United States on the S.S. Czar via Libau.

Nicholas arrived in the United States on June 11, 1912, was accompanied by Alick LESOCOVICH and was going to see Adam LESOCOVICH in NY. Nicholas BELOKOPITSKY's siblings were Luke, Sophie, Donna (married name: SHIDLOUSKY or SHIDLOVSKY?), and Peter SHIBKA. Peter's offspring would include Paul, Maria, William, Zenaida & Vladimir SHIBKA.

Sophie's and Nicholas'offspring are Anna (married: Peter PAWELCZAK), Olga (married: Sam WASHINKO), Eugenia (married Michael ZAHARCHUK), Joseph (married Lydia NARCISI ), Michael married: Betty DUBOIS), George (married Mary DENARDO), Andrew (married Willodene ALFREY; Beverly McIntyre), and Alexander (died as a baby). Also related: Joseph, Mary, Nicholas, Michael, Eugenia, Alick, Vova Sergie, Victor, Valentine, Anna and Olga SHKURD. Also Alexander SHIBKO.
I believe that one of the SHIDLOUSKY/SHIDLOVSKY offspring was Zenaida, who married a PETROVICH or PETROVICK.

Nicholas married Sophia SHATEVICH, daughter of Alexis SHATEVICH and Vasilisa MATUZONOK on Oct. 11, 1913. Witnesses to the marriage were Alex MIHALOWSKY and Peter TSARUK. Sophia was born in Klenovka, Russia (was this actually Lithuania??) on August 10 or 20, 1886. She also lived in Vilnius, Lithuania. She immigrated to the United States, entering Ellis Island on December 25, 1911. Sophia came to the USA to see friends/family (?) Victoria and Andrew GRIBOSKI.

Nicholas and Sophia were my grandparents.

Other family surnames include DUBOVIC or DUBOVUK, MICHALCHONOK (changed to MIHALSKY), ABRAMCHUK.
