My guess is that Michalina was from village Vychulki, due East of Brest > Belarus??? If I am not mistaken this immediate area was at one time a part of Wilno.
Wiculi = Wisculki ??? Ship Clerk's error.
Michalina is listed as heading for Shanandoah, PA. She was heading to her brother's, Piotr's place. I don't see him in Ellis Island Records. He may have come thru Philadelphia or Baltimore??? His place of origin should confirm Michalina's WICULA/ Vychulki.
Today s. Vychulki > Brestskij raion/district > Brestskaya Oblast/region > Belarus, latest zip code 225004.
