As I know, the surnames Pashkowski and Pachkowski are widespread surnames in Belarus. In Minsk phone book there are 75 abonents named Pashkowski and 17 – Pachkowski. I think in the Grodno area this index even above, but for the exact answer its necessary to make the local researches. Concerning the second question, in Belarus there are only one settlement with an assonant (Vosenkoscie) name - Beshenkovichy-town.
