The following are names that I pulled out of the book "A Dierctory of Hebrew Names and Dates"

Louis - Aryeh
Nathan - Nahman, Nosson
Elsie - Elisheva
Sara - Sorah
Mary - Miriam

Keep in mind that someone with a Hebrew name, when coming to the US, would often just pick an English name that started with the same letter of the alphabet. I have a relative named Nathan and his hebrew name was Noah. I have seen Michle use the names Mary, Malka, Molly, and Mildred at different times.
