Yes, Arlene or Arelene would be the mother of my father, thus my grandmother. And i miss spoke, the last name is Belanger,not Balanger and we believe this is her maiden name. My father was married in 1974. His adopted name is David McHugh. He was born Bobby Belanger, 1/23/1953,adopted and born out of Bangor Maine. We believe that she was from the Vanburen area.
