I may be a bit slow but you will have to explain your question to me. Your father's birth name was William Belanger. You said "my dad is adopted..mothers name arlene balanger" Was Arlene your Dad's mother or yours? If she was your grandmother, then Arelene Balanger would be her married name and not maiden name? Are you sure it was Balanger and not Belanger? If your Dad was born 1953, then he married about 1973? What was his adopted name? If Arlene was your Dad's mother, then the dates supplied for the 4 Arlene are much too late. Can you be a bit more specific with your facts?
