My family is from the Altar, Trincheras areas of Sonora Mexico. I've just recently traced my family back a number of generations by reviewing church documents from the Mormon Church. And I would like learn more of my family ancestors. Here is a list, starting with my grandparents.
Paternal:
Grandfather: Santiago Grijalva.
1. Great grandparents Salvador Grijalva and Concepcion Celaya.
2. Great great grandparents Salvador Grijalva and Petra Romero.
1. Great grandmother Concepcion Celaya.
2. Great great grandparents Tomas Celaya and Desideria Vejar.
Maternal:
Grandmother: Mercedes Moreno.
1. Great grandparents Ramon Moreno and Margarita Romero.
2. Great great grandparents Ramon Moreno and Concepcion Murrieta.
1. Great great grandmother Concepcion Murrieta.
2. Great great great grandfather Antonio Murrieta.
3. Great great great great grandparents J.David Murrieta and Rosa.
1. Great grandmother Margarita Romero.
2. Great great grandparents Luis Romero and Brijida Bejarano.
1. Great great grandfather Luis Romero.
2. Great great great grandmother Rafaela.
1. Great great grandmother Brijida Bejarano.
2. Great great great grandparents Fernando Bejarano and Leanor Murrieta.
1. Great great great grandmother Leanor Murrieta
2. Great great great great grandparents J.David Murrieta and Rosa.
Note that J.David Murriet and rosa appear twice since great great grandparents Ramon Moreno and Margarita Romero were 3rd cousins. This goes back to the early 1800's. I would appreciate any information I could find and or make family contacts.
