Hi,

I have a lot of the same names in my family history that you do and most of my Behling's come from Prussia. None of my dates add up to yours though. I think you have the earlier dates and I have the more recent dates of the decendants. I have Ferdinand Behling b: 1834 d: 1896 m:to Caroline Harp who was b: 9/18/1934 d: 3/16/1919 They are both buried at Riverside Cemetery in Appleton, Wi and there is a huge stone there that has Johann on it but we can't figure out who he is. It looks like a family stone but like no one is buried there. I also have a Fred Behling (Ferdinand's son) b: 1/1/1862 d: 9/23/1938 m: 4/29/1884 to Elizabeth Hartzheim. I do know that two Behling brothers came over together and one settled in the Darboy area of Wis. and the other settled in the Milwaukee area of Wis. If you think we are connected please contact me at ggraf13821@aol.com Thanks -- Vikki
PS. The Behling's on my tree are from Pommerania also.
