I was so glad to hear back from you. I am hoping that your James and mine are a match. I told my mother about your message and she said she remember hearing the name Kearney from her Grandfather (James). She is very excited, since she doesn't have a whole lot on the Behan's in Ireland.
Rumor has always had it that we were related to Brendan Behan and my Great Grandfather James looks alot like him. I can't wait to see the trees that you have. Anything you could provide would be great.
I'm thrilled to think that I may have found another cousin on the other side, the internet is a wonderful thing. In the last couple of years I have found several new McCafferty (my mother's father's side) cousins in Ireland, London and Scotland, one of whom came over in February and we had a chance to meet.
