I am searching for my adoptive family. The only information I have was given to me by my grandmother who has since passed on. It seems that Mae Behan was married to William Shore. Both resided in Ireland and had 2 children, William and Mary. William,I am told,died during the war,and his sister Mary died of some disease. After this tragedy Mae and William moved to the U.S. where he worked in textiles. They adopted twins,a boy and a girl who they named Mary Elizabeth and William Francis.Mary Elizabeth is my grandmother and her brother my great uncle. Any information that you have on these people would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.
