I'm afraid our information is very sketchy. My Great Grandmother's name was Hazel Himsworth nee Behan, born in Jersey City, New Jersey in 1903. All we know of her parents is on her birth certificate. Her Father was James Behan, birthplace simply listed as Ireland. He would have been born about 1853. His wife was an american woman, named Ella or Emma Fay Behan. They had one other daughter, named Erma Behan Bippus.
This side of our family is shrouded in mystery for us, and it's important to my mother that we learn more. If anyone has any information, I would deeply appreciate it!
