I don't know if your assumption is correct. I have the children of Benjamin and Ursule Talbot and see no Benjamin listed. My great grandfather was Charles Begin a brother of the Benjamin you are talking about married to Cesarie Garon, Feb 13, 1849 at St. Bernard. Both Benjamin Begin and Angele Noel are listed in the Minnesota census for 1860.They are listed with a Joseph Begin, age 28 in the same census. Did this couple have a son named Joseph?
