Looking for information on Regina Dodalski and Silvio Begin marriage. These two were unable to bear childern of theie own so they adopted a 4 year old little boy from an orphanage in the Albany area of New York State. The boys parents were said to have been of Polish decent and were involved it orchestra conductor and pianst.the little boy was my father and im looing for his birth parents.
