Here is a message I received from Ron Marshall. He retrieved that at the Family History Center.

Bonjour Richard,

Good news! I was at the Family History Centre this afternoon and was able to find that Napoleon Begin, age 26, resident of Palmerston, Frontenac County, born in Quebec, son of David Begin and Philomene Gamache?, was married in Palmerston on September 27, 1891 to Margaret Christina Jarbeau, age 20, resident of and born in Palmerston, daughter
of Fabian Jarbeau and Emma Bohan? Laundreville. The witnesses were Dennis Mulroney of Lavant and Mary Eliza Arcault of Palmerston, and the minister was the Rev. C. J. Killein.

Hope this is some help. Would you like me to put this record in the mail to you and you can perhaps decipher those names better than I.
