Original name is Henry Frank Beggs (born in abt 1870 or so) from Walla Walla, Washington area. Moved to Humboldt County, California around 1900. He then changed his name to Henry Chandler and died under that name.
Died in the Humboldt county jail after being arrested for boot legging in 1923!
He worked as a Court reporter in Walla Walla, Washington prior to moving Northern California. Had two brothers that were high level representives either in Washington or for Washington (They held some kind of office)...
Does anyone know of these long lost relatives????
