Is this the person that started the town of Beggs, OK?

If so, do you know of any brothers that he might have had. My husband's G-grandfather was Andrew Scott Beggs who settled in Cardin, OK. He was born in 1886.

Family history had said that our family was involved in the starting of the town but not on a direct line. If this is the same person, he was born about the same time as our ancestor.
