Does anyone have any info about Jeremiah Samuel (Pennington) Beason, born c1788 in NC, son of widow Ann (______) Pennington? Ann married (2nd) Edward BEASON, who adopted her sons, including Jeremiah.
Jeremiah S. Beason married Hannah G. CLAY, 13 July 1819 in St. Clair Co., AL. They later moved to Lauderdale Co., MS. Hannah was born 1803 in GA, the third of twelve children of Samuel and Tabitha Clay of Virginia.
We are compiling a family history about the descendants of the 12 children of Samuel and Tabitha, and would like to hear from anyone who can help us with learning more about the family of Jeremiah S. Beason and Hannah G. Clay.
