In Jasper Luther Beeson's "A Beeson Genealogy" revised and annotated by James T. Dawson, and its predessor Henry Hart's book.
Edward Beeson was awarded a land bounty wrrants for being a member of the Continental Line and served in the State Navy of Virginia beginning in 1783.
Does anyone has his war records or have used him on either DAR or SAR Lineage papers.
