Carolyn, I descend from Rachel Beeson and her first husband, Stephanus Haworth through their daughter, Rachel,
who married John Hunt, son of William Hunt Jr. and wife,
Sarah Mills. Rachel Beeson-Haworth married 2nd, Anthony
Chamness on September 1, 1766. Her parents were, Richard
Beeson and wife, Charity Grubb. Stephanus Haworth was born
on February 17, 1713 in Bucks Co., Pa. and died on March
19, 1765 in Rowan Co., NC. They had nine children. Rachel
Beeson was born in 1724 near Hopewell, Fredericks Co., Va.,
and died on March 19, 1775, reported at Cane Creek MM,
Orange Co., N.C. (Hinshaw, Vol 1, NC)
