While I didn't check every detail, this looks good. A couple of more things r.e. George Washington Hallowell
Died, Clarke County Iowa, 20 Sept 1898, buried Maple Hill Cemetery, Osceola Iowa.
Parents:
Benjamin Franklin Halowell, born about 1793 in Pennsylvania, died 12 Dec. 1878 in Berne, Fairfield Co., Ohio.
Sarah Gamble [Noble?], born 1788 or 1793, Pennsylvania.
Both of these are dead ends for me. I believe the Hallowells were Quakers, but have so far not confirmed.
