Your great-grandmother's relationship to Noah Beery Jr. is a little more distant than first cousin. According to my calculations, they were third cousins twice removed.
Using the 1957 book, "Beery Family History" by William Beery and Judith Beery Garber, the following is Grace Beery Kingsley's Beery line starting with the immigrants Nicholas Beery and Barbara Miller:
Nicholas Beery (c1697-1762) - Barbara Miller (d.1791)
Nicholas Beery Jr. (1739-1812) - Mary Keller (bef 1745-c1788)
Isaac Beery (1777-1851) - Mary Cradlebaugh (1784-1850)
Enoch Beery (1823-1905) - Mary Hatfield (c1825-1869)
Levi O. Beery (1855-1919) - Alice Favorite (1864-1944)
Grace Beery (b.1882) - Charles Albert Kingsley (1880-1937)
