It seems to me a worthwhile project to create
a "Beery Family of Northwest Missouri," along
the lines of Phyllis Fulk's "Beery Family of
Page County Iowa."
Two sons of Red John Beery, Noah Webster and Nicholas, came to the Platte Purchase around 1842. In the next decades they were solidly established in Platte, Clay, and Clinton counties. Please join me in sharing data on these cousins of ours. -Ray Beery
