John, Were you raised anywhere close to Rogersville, Ohio? My GGGF, (Daniel Beer) moved into that area in late 1800's. You'll have to give me more infor on your family to see if there is any connection.
I'm not sure the town of Rogersville even exists now. I do know that the County that he moved to was split into two counties.
