Hello there, I am just wondering if the Beer family from New Orleans would be related to my Grandfather whom I've been trying to find out about. His name was Alfred Beer or Beers. I have no clue when he was born but most likely in the late 1800's. He was in the lumber business in Nicaragua I believe in the twenties give and take five years. Had two children with Charlotte or Luisa Hardgrove. Cyril [my father] now deceased and Edna Mae, still living, in her 90's. They [his children] were born in Nicaragua but lived in the Republic of Panama thereafter. I know my grandfather's brother came to Nicaragua for him later in years, perhaps in the 40's and took him back to LA. Any clues? Please let me know. I'd like so much to find my Grandfather's family and learn more about his life. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
