Hello my ancestors are the Beers, and Balls from Cornwall area. My Grandma's Mum and Dad
Sarah and William Ball lived in Blackburn whereas Dad's grandparents Priscilla and Philip Beer were from the south of England.
My original 'tree' was with the Balls and the Kents and most of the families married in St Columb Major, St Dennis, and Nanpean.
The family I researched came to New Zealand on the ship Piako on the 25th Sept 1880 with my grandmother Ada Ball being the youngest of her family at aged 5.
Please contact me if you think we are connected.
Shirley smith (Beer)
