My grandfather, William Albert Clifton Beer was born at 34, Albert Road in the Tamar district on 26th September 1884. He died in Edinburgh in 1922 and his wife died of "a broken heart" six months later leaving my father and his sister to be brought up by relatives. I only know of one sister, Dorothy, who lived in London. Is it possible that they were related to your family?
