Evelyn,
We have had an audience since we started this fresh round of posts in March. I took the liberty to advise others that y’all had decided to become active again. Thank you and no one has been disappointed but they are waiting for me to eat some crow over the zero.
The zero is a “3”. I made a mistake.
Another person with me in 2013 gently cleaned the number (months) and took a very nice picture and let me know a day or two after I said it was a zero. It is a “3” for the months. So there, I eat the zero. Evelyn, I appreciate the effort you went through and it is a “3”.

Evelyn - Under no circumstances are you to ever use my name again as you did in theWinzer-Krack-West-Hacker Family Tree post** in order to pursue the Beeler family King’s Mountain hoax.
The object of this hoax has been to “create” a fictional set of brothers of John Valentine Beeler that could have been at the Battle of King’s Mountain, October 7, 1780. I have called it a “story and nothing more” for a long time. When you use my name, please allow me to call it what it is, a hoax.
Please recall the comment I made on May28, 2014…..

“It is a very easy thing to see that our "authority" is totally consumed with the "King's Mountain" bug. It is obvious and anyone that cares can see straight through it. Once you see what is going on I do believe the time does come when you have become part of the general problem if a person is not careful.”
Apparently, you have chosen to be part of it.
The post you made is shown below** and is an example of a very deliberate obfuscation designed to divert attention away from readily available and unimpeachable documents that contradict the premise of your Beeler hoax.
______
For those serious about the documentation available, go read it yourself. There is no need to have someone “interpret” for you. The documents speak for themselves. John Valentine Beeler 1737-1823 and Joseph Beeler 1744-1833 never had a brother named Jacob Beeler. To be very specific, no documentation exists to show that Jacob Beeler 1750-1843 is a relative to any of the persons discussed. You may guess to your heart’s delight.
Ancestry.com has the North Carolina and Tennessee Early Tax Lists for Sullivan County Tennessee. Go to the Bedford County article at: http://www.gscassociates.com/tax_list_examples.htmlhttp://www.gscassociates.com/tax_list_examples.html . It will tell you what you are looking at on the Lists. No “brother” relationships are proved and Joseph Beeler 1744-1833 does not own the 348 acres on the 1796. He is a renter in possession. That is my analysis and you are free to come up with your own. You do not know who filed the patents and your comments show it.
What is important to Beelers and left entirely out of your Winzer post is the following:
The 1796 Tax List for Sullivan County, Tennessee, is the earliest known SINGLE document that shows, and proves, both Joseph Beelers are in Tennessee.
See the 1812 Tax List, Sullivan County, for when Jacob Beeler 1750-1843 first appears in Tennessee. This isn't rocket science.
** You have not been careful and I have been sent the following post you made on another forum. Others are watching and the following is what you posted in May 2014 regarding the 1796 Tax List for Sullivan County, TN.
THIS IS WHAT YOU SAID EVELYN:

"Tennessee was made a State that year. Tax list for Sullivan County with listings for Daniel Beelor, John Beelor, Peter Beelor, Joseph Beelor, Joseph Beelor, Jacob Beelor, Woolery Beelor, and George Beelor. The first Joseph Beelor shows no ownership of property, but a white poll assessment. Second Joseph Beelor listing shows tax on 348 acres but no white poll assessment. John's brother Joseph was over 50 and, therefore, would not have been assessed the poll tax, although he would have paid tax on the land he owned. This second listing appears, therefore, to be for John's brother Joseph b. 1744--52 yrs old in 1796. He is listed above Jacob Beelor who is assessed for tax on 720 acres and a poll tax. Kenneth Parker verified that Jacob Beelor was renting this acreage from John V. Beelor and did, indeed, pay the tax on it. So this Joseph and Jacob are the two brothers of John V. Beelor. The other two brothers, George and Woolery (Ulrich) are listed just below, separated by one name from Joseph and Jacob. The first Joseph Beelor listing belongs to John V. Beelor's son, Joseph, who had not, as yet, acquired land that could be taxed. But he was assessed a poll tax. He was born 1762 or 1766.
1796 Sullivan County, Tennessee “
OTHERS SHOULD GO READ THE ENTIRE POST YOURSELF.
You have made me a part of the Beeler family “King’s Mountain Hoax” without permission. You are simply perpetuating an on-going hoax and I will be no part of it.
I did not say that Jacob Beeler 1750-1843 was in the 1796 Tax List for Sullivan County TN. He is NOT a brother to John Valentine Beeler 1737-1823 in any document whatever and the 1796 Tax List doesn’t list “your” Jacob Beeler 1750-1843. The Jacob Beeler 1761-1842 is the Jacob on that List and you knew that is what I had said.
Joseph Beeler 1744-1833 and Jacob Beeler 1750-1843 have absolutely no documentable military service and is why the hoax was started.
A “brother” relationship was needed to satisfy another record found in the 1823 Shelby Dispute. This whole story about John Valentine Beeler 1737-1823 having a set of brothers, Jacob Beeler 1750-1843 and Joseph Beeler 1744-1833, at the Battle of King’s Mountain is a historical hoax and nothing more.
The so called “Beeler Family Bible” shows no ownership, no relationship to anyone, who the wife of Jacob Beeler 1750-1843 was, where he was born or who his parents were and consists of only four Xeroxed sheets made in the late 1980's.
The ownership of the Bible the four sheets (copies) were made from is unknown from 1788 until 1947. All the particulars of the “find” are known and I do have a copy. I believe you have a copy too.
Comments regarding “research” by a Ms. Ranae Park are without any substance as well. Work done by Ranae and her mother are often mentioned as part of the hoax but no document discovered by them has ever been put forward.
A tombstone for Jacob Beeler 1750-1843 is in the Beeler Cemetery, Bristol, Tennessee. The date of birth is October 10, 1750. It does say 92 years 3 months and 10 days. It is probably the only real thing we know about Jacob Beeler 1750-1843.
Anyone using Jacob Beeler 1750-1843 in their line should research this person very carefully. There has been an endless stream of propaganda since the early 1990’s attempting to “create” a fictional relationship for this man to John Valentine Beeler 1737-1823, Joseph Beeler 1744-1833 and Ulrich and Maria Buhler. Proof does not exist and the “relationship” is just a hoax.
I saw the typo but I knew what you intended.
