Hi, Think I've "spoken" to you previously. I haven't had any luck in proving that they were married in SC. What do you have? Also, if you're using Doak, he's wrong. It wasn't Sallie's dad Ben that raised the kids, it was her brother or maybe cousin. I have the guardianship papers. Talking with others, her dad's name is still up in the air, it could be Powell Beeland. Can't believe anything in Doak regarding Sallie and Ben's parentage and place of marriage. A few of us proved using documentation that Phillip B in GA was NOT the Philip in SC.

Would appreciate learning about any documentation you may have
