According to what information I have, Johnson Beedle was the son of James Bedell and Abigail Bedell. James was born about 1775 in Bath, Grafton, NH, and died 20 July 1829 and is buried in Lakeview Cemetery, Brockport, Monroe County, NY. Abigail was the daughter of John Bedell and Abigail Cleveland. She was born 18 Feb 1782 in Bath, Grafton, NH. She died 17 Apr 1860 and is also buried in Lakeview Cemetery.
As far as their children (and Johnson's siblings) go I have Johnson, Philetus, Louisa, Lorena, Esther, James, Moses, Ickabod, John, David and Ruth.
I wonder if your Frederick is a cousin of Johnson that decided to go west to Indiana. It seems the rest of his siblings stayed behind in NY.
