According to my mother, there is a book of the Beedle Family genealogy (it's now been burned to a CD). In this book, William Franklin Beedle, Jr.'s name does appear. Apparently my mother is his 4th coursin. If I remember correctly, on his mother's side of the family, he is related to Marth Washington's mother.
