Isn't New England ancestry fascinating? All those similar names, in so many different generations, first cousin marriages, widows to brothers-in-law, widowers to widowed daughter's-in-law...and so much more.
I keep coming across Beecher in my tree along with Hotchkiss and Bristol side...and then on Leavenworth side...Wheeler Beecher is the only actual signature I have in my possession -- whoever he is.We are all pretty much, sooner or later, from Litchfield County, Connecticut.
I posted the information on The Harriet Beecher Stowe show because I have so much information I thought someone might use.I hardly intend to make claims to anyone I'm not definitely related to because I have more than enough people I AM related to. It was a very well curated show.I hope some of you relatives and other merely curious got to see it.Regards, Keli Levine
