Hello marjorie,
are you the same lady who was in contact with my sister in law in perth, she is a beeby too,her late husband ken beeby,was my husbands brother
my husbands family are from leicester,his father william beeby had two brothers,jack, and percy.they were born 1886 to 1890 in birmingham,their father was thomas beeby mother mary,thomas beeby's father was also called thomas,they were from whetstone in leicester,that's as much as i know as the variations in the name from one generation to another is very confusing i.e beeby,beebe,beebee,bebe.
and yes i have visited the village of beeby in leicester,they have a population of about 200.regards
