Beebe Windmill was built by Captain Lester Beebe of Sag Harbor in 1820. He was a sea captain and also a shipbuilder in New York City. Received info from Bridge Hampton Historical Society, Inc. P.O. Box 977 Bridgehampton, N.Y. 11932-0977. I have seen the windmill. Still working oin how I fit in with this family.
