Susan, Have you been able to check out the Beebe birth records. I hate to bother you, but if you haven't, that's okay. Just wondering if you're still around.
I did manage to find that the marriage of the parents..Gideon and Delina Rogers Beebe was in August of 1797 at the Millington Church in Middlesex Co. Of course, that doesn't mean the kids were baptised there or at all.
Gideon Beebe shows up in the 1800 census of Middlesex Co, E. Haddam. I'm assuming that is somewhere near the location of the Millington Church.
The Millington Church marriage records are on line and in various indexes, but I haven't see anything for the church baptismal records.
Again, I'm looking for any children of Gideon and Delina (sometimes Belina) Rogers Beebe there in CT before and just after 1800 several years, but esp before 1800. In particular, there was a girl born before 1800 and that is what I am most desperate to find. We believe that she is very possibly our ggg grandmother.
As I said, if you've been busy...or sick...and couldn't get to this, just let me know. I'm more than willing to pay you for whatever costs you incure for gas, parking, copying.
