I am not directly related to a Beebe, but my sons are. They are all young men now and have taken a keen interest in their family genealogy since I started recording information last July. Abijah Thornhill married or had a son with Lovina Cecilia Beebe, Elmer Austin Thornhill (no birth record found), and all family information states that he was born in Dekalb, New York. Elmer is my sons Great Grandfather and was living in Ontario when he died. I believe Lovina (Lavina,so many spellings) to be the daughter of Albert Beebe b.1845 NY and Ester Thompson. Can you please point me in the right direction. I have found lots of documentation for Albert Beebe (possibly Alberto) but have no proof that I am on the right track, so I can't rightfully make a connection. I have located Elmer Thornhill in the 1910 St Lawrence N.Y. Census, but there he is married to a Bessie Bressette. I have found information on websites regarding them, and apparently they had no children before she died Sep 1911, at least no proof that I have found.
