I am looking for information on the parents of RACHEL BEEBE, born November 1828, in Indiana. It was originally thought that she was named COX, but she was later found to be a stepdaughter of ABRAM COX who married HARRIET BEEBE in 1832, Jefferson county IN.

The 1880 census for jasper county Il showed Rachel born in Indiana, father in KY, mother in Connecticut. Some other possible clues are her name, Rachel, which links her to Timothy Beebe, and the fact that she named two of her children Harriet and DUDLEY, who was one of Timothy's children.

Anyone have info on the family of Dudley Beebe, born about 1793?
