This is my road block in my Beebe genealogy. John was born is Waterford, CT and is listed in the vitals at Waterford townhall. However, no parentage listed. He is buried at the Jordan Cemetery in Waterford, along with Susan Boyington. (I must say their tombstone is in excellent condition.)
Where do I go from here? How do I look for probate or land holdings? I live close enough to go to Waterford; in fact, the town hall is located in my old grammar school.
Another Beebe with an interesting name is Pickett Beebe, John's son. He is buried next to John and Susan.
