Michael, Thanks for the request dated 1-27-2012. http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/palaeography/ This is the webpage that I found the Old English Alphabet. It is document 3. Palaeography page 3. Here you can see that Elizabeth's last name is KEE. My cousin went to the Burton Joyce and Bulcote Local History Society and was told by a lady that Elizabeth's maiden name was definately Kee not Bee or Gee. She told him that she studied at Keele University Elizabethian Hand Writteing and came tothe conclusion indepently that her name started with a ( K ). She further checked checked with experts in the field highter placed than herself and they said there was no doubt that it was a ( K ). I do have a name for this lady but it is in my e-mails and it will take me a while to find it and I hope I haven' deleted it. Keep me up dated. My e-mail address is: vesn13@hotmail.com I do have verification of this. Edith (Stout) Norrod Notify Administrator about this message?
