Philadelphia BEE, Lincolnshire, UK

'm looking for any connections to Philadelphia BEE, probably born about 1858 (based on census data) in Limber, Lincolnshire, England. I'm assuming that by Limber is meant Great Limber, since I can't find a Limber that is not Great.

I think that...

Philadelphia married William MARSHALL , registered in Caistor, in 1879.
In 1881 they and one-year-old Alice Mary Marshal are living in Tathwell, Lincs.

A Philadelphia MARSHALL married John HILL in 1889, registered in Louth and I'm thinking that this is the same Philadelphia since their daughter's birth certificate shows the mother's name as Philadelphia Hill, formerly BEE.

However, I can't find Philadelphia's birth. I have sent for the two relevant birth certificates but in the meantime am wondering if anyone has a connection. Any thoughts much appreciated.
