Want to know if Amy Bedsaul (b abt 1750 in VA), daughter of Elisha, is the same person as Amy/Anny Martin (b abt 1760 in VA), widow of George Martin of Roane Co, TN (circa 1831). Submitted online records indicate that Amy Bedsaul married a George Martin.

The Roane Co court records of the intestate George Martin mention his wife Anny/Amy and children, which include a Polly "Bedsolt," widow of Daniel. There are also online records indicating that Daniel Bedsaul's 2nd wife was "Molly" Martin. This Daniel was the nephew of Amy Besaul. If my suspicions are correct, Daniel and Polly/Molly were then 1st cousins.

Any clarification is appreciated.
