There are several Mary "E." Guice ladies from Franklin Co., MS, including Mary Elizabeth, Mary Ella, and Mary Emily. The earliest info I have on a 'Bedford' is Thomas H. (1813-1881) who m. Matilda Carrie Guice in 1837. They had 10 children.
In addition, Ada Mary Stampley (1848->1910), a sister of my gggf, married Thomas Fayette Bedford and, I believe, moved to Texas. I cannot find a Dr. John Bedford in my records. Did he have another name, first or middle?
