Jo Ann,

No, those are what I refer to as the NY Line of Bedfords. As near as I can find, they show up in abt 1680-90 in Jamaica, NY. Few little is know about them, but what is found checks out pretty good. Where they came from is unknown. You will find people who say England, but as far as I know it is more a guess than acutal fact. Some of the Bedfords I know about came from Wales.

I would guess that you connect to Mary C "Mollie" Bedford, who married John Hyram Walker. Mollie" parents were Jonas Monroe Bedford and Sarah Frances Mc Clure.Is that correct??
