Hi Stacy,

Nice to hear from you. Sorry for the delay, we've been interstate.

My Henry Whaley BEDDOES was born in Aston Botterell, Shropshire 1830. His parents were:
George BEDDOES & Elizabeth WHALEY of Silvington Hall Farm.

Other children that I know of:
Fanny Wiley Beddoes - b.1821
Harriet Beddoes - b.1823
Jane Beddoes - b.1826

I have some Beddoes history that was sent to me, I'll have a look for your family and see if I can find anything. Back in the 1700/1800's the Beddoes surname was interchangeable with Beddowes.

The Beddoes of South Shropshire back to the founder of one of the five 'Royal tribes' of Wales.

It became evident that the Beddoes are one of Shropshire's oldest families, able to trace their origins to before the Norman conquest.

In fact their ancestors had ruled the area bounded by the River Severn, River Wye, and Offa's Dyke, which included parts of modern day Shropshire

Anne Evans was born in Bridgenorth, Shropshire c.1847. Her parents were:
Thomas Evans & ? Weaver.

I'll contact you shortly.

Kind regards,
Sherrie.
Sydney, Australia.
