Amanda Becroft 1862 VA/MD? AUS connection

I'm looking for any information on Amanda Becroft. She was born Jan 1862 in VA? I know she had family in MD because I have photos of them on the farm there. I have a letter to her from a lawyer in Australia in 1928 indicating she was looking for someone named William S. Becroft who was in AUS in 1842.

She married Daniel S. Lacy Jr. around 1880 in NJ and had 12 children.
