Are you sure you have the dates right as Silas and Benjamin could not both be born in 1746 if one was parent of other.

However, your Benjamin might be Benjamin, son of John Beckwith and Prudence Manwaring, born circa (abt 1707 New London - abt 1785). This Benjamin m. Hannah Pember (Apr 7 1714 New London on 15 June 1732 in New London. If this is right, then you will have a descent from Elder William Brewster of the Mayflower via Hannah and a Royal Descent via Prudence Manwaring's father Oliver.
