Check back issues of the Genealogical Helper for a Higginson Books ad. They usually alternate- one issue they have "The Beckwiths", the next iss they have "Beckwith Notes".

"The Beckwiths" is terrible (in most respects) for CT Beckwith genealogy. It is much better for Southern lines.

"Beckwith Notes" is much better and concentrates only on CT Beckwiths. However, documentation is not provided for the information included in the book.

I have a photocopy of Beckwith Notes. The originals are actually 6 volumes. My copy is volumes 1-5 spiral bound together (not all is easy to read. I would part with it for $30 (what it cost me several years ago.
