My sources are mainly The American Genealogist v21 p259-265 and v22 p49-52; as well as The Ancestry of Emily Jane Angell 1844-1910 by Smith and Sanborn 1992 p223-241.
In one of these book is an item from a doctor's journal and/or court records identifying Matthew Beckwith's wife and children by name and age. That is where the list of children I have comes from....Mahlon Erickson
