In '86 or '87 there was a French documentary about the Titanic, which unearthed a plethora of valuable treasures belonging to Richard and Sally, including gold coins, jewelry and other finery. Since that time there has been a peculiar silence about these findings, and I suspect these family treasures were basically divvied up among the pirates who found them.

I would like these back, and if you can get them to me, I'll give you 1.32 billion dollars... or a nickle (whichever I happen to have at the moment.) :)

There is a rather large picture book which shows pictures of some of the items, and briefly mentions their names.

Sen. Lowell Weicker may well have some information on the R.L. Beckwiths, as it was he who spoke out against the piracy of the Titanic.

It may well be that the hope is that their treasure will be buried in the pile of books who neglect to mention this bizarre if not criminal incident.

If you find anything, please let me know. Maybe we will make a movie about it!
