Lawrence was a boot & shoe maker born in Germany. At Little Valley, Cattaraugus Co., NY IN 1870 he had a wife, Eliza, born in Switzerland ca. 1833 and children: Alvina? aged 10, Ella, aged 06. Lawrence, aged 03 and an illegible male aged 1/12. Regards, Virgil Huntley
