Ann Beckwith; Montgomery County; 1850

I have found the Beckwiths I am researching in the 1850 census in Montgomery County, Rockerlee District. Does anyone know if this is near present day Rockville?

The 1850 census lists:

Ann -- 75 years old; born in MD; a PAUPER
Martha -- 38 years old; born in MD
Joseph -- 5 years old; born in MD
Elizabeth -- 3 years old; born in MD
William B. (Burgess) -- 3 months old; born in MD
Frances -- 23; born in MD

Does anyone have any of these Beckwith's in their family tree or the information they have collected? I have tons of questions regarding this family. First, in the 1880 census, Martha is listed as Burgess' grandmother, so does that make Frances his mother? Given the order of the listing, I wouldn't think so. Obviously, there is no adult man in the house, so are Martha and Ann widows, or is Martha Ann's unwed daughter.

Any info would be appreciated.
